It is advisable to consume grounded seeds within 30 minutes of grinding. It can be stored for up to 3 or 4 days, if refrigerated. Avoid cooking the seeds, consume raw or with already cooked food.
  • SERVING SUGGESTIONS: For your daily nutrition Use 1 to 2 tablespoons (10 to 20 gram) freshly grounded flax seeds daily, liberally over your salad dressing, Porridge, Upma, Milk Shakes, Pasta, Noodles, Lassi, Dal, Yoghurt or other cooked food.
